Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to my friends over at Jewlicious.com who are organizing the Jewlicious Festival 4.0.
Yesterday, Rabbi Jonah posted an item about four “hot” Jewish writers who will be attending the festival in L.A. from February 29 through March 2, 2008:
• Adam Mansbach, author of the forthcoming novel, “The End of the Jews” (March 2008)
• Lisa Alcalay Klug, author of the forthcoming book, “Cool Jew: The Ultimate Guide for Every Member of the Tribe” (July ’08)
• Niles Elliot Goldstein, the founding rabbi of The New Shul and author of nine books, including “Gonzo Judaism: A Bold Path for Renewing an Ancient Faith” and “God at the Edge: Searching for the Divine in Uncomfortable and Unexpected Places.”
• Ruth Andrew Ellenson, an author who received the National Jewish Book Award in 2005 for her bestselling anthology, "The Modern Jewish Girl's Guide to Guilt"
